Excel download doesnt work. Need for Price upload

Currently the option to download pricing to excel comes up with an error and will not download file. The only option is to download pdf file. We need the excel file for efficient and accurate transfer of pricing to SAP. Can the excel download option be rectified so Sales Admin can download.

Hi Jenny,
Thanks for alerting us on that. Please also ask your LBA, Hayden JACOBS, to create a SNOW ticket asap. Indeed, without it, no action will be taken by coders to fix that bug, because they will not know.
