Need email notification when quote is referred to or validated by N+1

Managers would like to be notified by Outlook to gain time and validate quotes. Sales reps want their N+1 to receive an Outlook notification when they want them to validate a quote. Goal : reduce time of quote validation.

Fix cross-country (cluster) related issues with quote creation/printing

Ex: BNL. When sales rep is working in Multiple countries, country selection is based on employee country definition in IMPACT. Problem: a quote for Dutch customer contains clauses for Belgium customers because the sales rep is Belgium in IMPACT....

Change number of signature blocks or be able to modify info in it

In the case of a reagent quote it would be good to only have 1 signature and not show an empty case for management but for Tender we should be able to keep the 2 signature. Or maybe be able to personnalize the name and job in the blocks.
